Just as every fingerprint is distinct, every career is uniquely individual. The essential point lies in the ability to choose between what is best, what is best for you, and what is most suitable for you. To truly understand this and decide which path you can pursue, one must look beyond assumptions. You can't truly know until you try. To gain confidence in every step of your career journey, it is essential to attempt walking that path.

🚀 The best career advice I've ever received is this: Get crystal clear on your career goal. There should be no doubt about what you aim to achieve and the precise steps needed to make it happen.Start with your audacious goal, then reverse engineer your path, breaking it down into weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly steps. It's work to get this detailed, but the clarity you gain will supercharge your progress. Remember, your big goal may evolve, and that's perfectly fine!Don't leave your career to chance. Stay ready to seize significant opportunities that propel you toward your ultimate career goal.

Whist you are busy building your career/business so that you can achieve your aspirations, don't forget to do some self-recognition and self-introspection because this will help you realize that you are actually valuable and all you need is a niche that will align with your ambitions.

If you are worried about not having a 5 year long career plan…. Don’t worry, most of us don’t have one. The question every child is asked “Who do you want to be when you grow up?” does more harm than good. It makes us think there is only one career choice destined for us, and for those of us who still haven’t found it - it makes us feel like we are doing something wrong. It couldn’t be further from the truth. 👉You can have multiple carers throughout your lifetime.👉You can constantly tweak the direction in which you are going. 👉You can say no to a job you don’t like, even if society tells you “it’s a good career”. There is no right or wrong path, but only the one you choose.❤️

The Career JourneyMisconception #1: A Career is a JobThe Misunderstanding: Many people think having a job means, they have a career. The Reality: A job is where you work and earn money, giving you short-term security. The Truth: A career is like a long journey on which you take risks, learn new things, and grow. Each job is just a step on your path.
