Thanks to the latest TikTok phenomenon, divers, racers, and gymnasts are uploading videos of themselves partaking in embarrassing falls, awkward mishaps, and painful blunders.
It started after a woman named Arianna Allman posted a clip of herself totally butchering a dive into a pool, and it left the internet in stitches.
The video shows her standing on the edge of a diving board. As she leaps into the water she attempts to do a backflip, but instead, lands flat on her back.

She took a tumble and did a roll across the track before getting back up and continuing the race.
But as she tried to regain her composure, she went barreling right into another hurdle.

Hers occurred on the uneven bars; as she was swinging, the equipment suddenly collapsed, resulting in Jojo plummeting down to the mat.
'Had to bring it back,' she wrote in the caption of the video, which got 7.2 million views.
